? Job Role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, services, and databases to support frontend applications and other business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement efficient solutions
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain automated testing and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve our development process
• Mentor and assist junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and manage backend services in a cloud environment
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful backend projects
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby
• Extensive experience with backend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring, Express.js)
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficient in writing optimized SQL queries
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project deliverables and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities effectively
