Team and Role Introduction

Be part of Indonesia Logistics TPM group that handles E2E product operation of Lazada Logistics service (and some collaboration with Other South East Venture TPM).

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager/Owner at the Associate level to focus on our Express Courier Service offerings. You will play a key role in the development, optimization, and management of our express courier products, ensuring they meet market demands and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Operation, and Strategy) to drive product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Analyze product performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings. 
• Develop and maintain product operational processes, workflows, and metrics to enhance efficiency and scalability. 
• Act as a subject matter expert on product operations, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and customers. 
• Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements, working closely with the product management team. 
• Support the product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and launch. 
• Manage product launches, ensuring smooth execution and timely communication to all relevant parties. 
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Requirements/Qualifications (Must have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product operations, preferably in a technology or e-commerce company. 
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. 
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools. 
• Fluent in English (plus point for Chinese Language), with a good understanding of the global market and e-commerce trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• A strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a track record of driving operational improvements in product organizations.
