Senior Associate-HR Admin & Compliance Services is responsible to deliver accurate, timely and efficient HR Onsite Support Services to external client so client’s employees data and HR process is managed accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client’s Employees data;
  • Prepare client’s payroll & benefits data;
  • Handle client’s insurance administration;
  • Handle client’s accrual report for Leave, Insurance, Incentives, etc;
  • Handle client’s new hire onboarding process and leaver offboarding process;
  • Handle client’s work letter related such as sponsor letter, letter of assignment, etc;
  • Correspond with third party (tax, social security, private insurance, etc) Office to solve any related issues;
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Taxation/Accounting/Human Resources/Law
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an HRGA/ HR Operations/ HR Shared Services
  • Have good knowledge of Individual Income Tax in Indonesia
  • Have good knowledge of social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Have good knowledge of insurance in Indonesia
  • Have good knowledge of prevailing Indonesia Labour Law and related obligations
  • Numerical sensitive and detail minded
  • Skillful in using Microsoft excel program
  • Have good communication skill in Bahasa & English (Written & Spoken)
  • Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
