Description

1. Client Representation: Represent clients in legal matters related to FinTech, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
2. Legal Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in FinTech regulations and technologies, conducting thorough legal research to provide insightful advice to clients.
3. Transactional Support: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to FinTech transactions.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory compliance requirements specific to the FinTech industry, ensuring they operate within the bounds of local and international laws.
5. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence investigations for clients involved in FinTech investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
6. Risk Assessment: Assess legal risks associated with various FinTech initiatives and provide risk mitigation strategies.
7. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice while managing their expectations effectively.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
9. Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, such as articles, webinars, and presentations, to showcase the firm’s expertise in FinTech.

Profile

• Law degree from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Indonesian Bar Association with a valid license to practice law in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial technology law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• In-depth knowledge of FinTech regulations, payment systems, cryptocurrencies, and emerging technologies.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to client service and ethical practice.
