Our team helps organisations identify and assess risks that affect their business objectives. As a part of the team, you’ll help our clients reduce their costs and improve the effectiveness of their governance, risk and compliance activities, and assess, design, or implement enterprise risk management capabilities.

You will provide consulting services to clients to work smarter and grow faster. Your work area will be Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and integrated Finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (iFGRC) across ALL industries. These range from assessing, identifying, measuring, designing, implementing, report/disclosure monitoring and transforming the risk culture behavior of client organization and client’s employee. You will assist clients in delivering their risk strategy and the implementation by making risks value propositions to be the real, driving management decision making and supporting sustaining business growth and operational excellence.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical, project management and report writing skills.

  • Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Assertive and active personality with a strong communication skill.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

  • Result oriented, attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work in high mobility and dynamic environment

  • PC literate (windows, MS Project, Visio, MS Access)

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, to both providing information as well as persuading

  • Persistence, eye for detail and ability to complete projects and keen to deadline

  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

  • Ability to manage time effectively and to manage multiple routine detail matters while attending to occasional strategic / complex matters

RISK MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Has Bachelor degree, or Master degree is desirable in Business & Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Statistic, Computer Science or Mathematics with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00

  • Has solid experience in similar position for a minimum 4 – 6 years; with a minimum of 2 -3 years working experience in banking or financial services industry and/or consulting firms is additional value.

  • Has good understanding on Risk Management international standards such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000, and/or specific banking/securities general risk framework under Basel & IOSCO guidelines

  • Familiar with financial market instruments such as derivatives transaction, structured finance stock & commodities trading are additional value

  • Familiar with any Finance & Risk technology analytical tools are additional value

  • Familiar with applicable legislative and regulatory framework

  • Has ERM/Risk Management Certification (e.g. LSPP, BSMR, FRM, PRMIA) is additional value
