Our firm was first established in 1986. Over three decades, we have specialized in designing and building high-end residential homes. We like to describe ourselves as “the whole package” firm. Having a diverse team with highly experienced designers and laborers, we pride ourselves to be able to do architecture, construction, and interior design altogether. Through our expertise and experience in being involved during the whole process, we believe that we can deliver satisfactory results.

Our firm is mainly based in Surabaya. Until now, we have served over hundreds of clients across eight major cities in Indonesia. Our portfolio is mostly comprised of residential houses, villas, and hotels. We always aim to modernize, innovate, and customize our designs to fit with the client’s special needs. We maintain coherent communication between all parties involved in the project, starting from suppliers, subcontractors, laborers, and clients. We believe that strong communication is the key to a successful project. Lastly, we put a strong emphasis on quality.
