Ventore Group Bali is looking for a Senior Architect to join our team

Responsibilities

1.     Design Creative

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute architectural projects from initial planning through to completion.

• Develop creative and functional design solutions aligned with project objectives, budget, and company vision.

2.     Project Management

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and construction feasibility.

• Ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

3.     Technical Expertise

• Review and validate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to structural, environmental, and safety standards.

4.     Team Supervision and Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior architects, designers, and draftsmen to foster professional growth and maintain high design quality.

• Assign tasks, review work, and provide feedback throughout project development.

5.     Coordination and Presentation

• Collaborate with engineering, interior design, landscape, and MEP teams to ensure project cohesion and integration across disciplines.

• Prepare and deliver design presentations, reports, and proposals effectively.

6.     Quality and Innovation

• Promote sustainable, efficient, and innovative design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.

• Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies to apply best practices in design and construction.

7.     Budget and Cost Management

• Monitor project budgets, estimate material and labor costs, and propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising design quality.

8.     Construction Oversight

• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and resolve technical or design issues during construction.

Requirements

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Valid professional architect license/registration is a plus.

• Additional certifications in project management, sustainable design, or BIM are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 – 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.

• Demonstrated experience leading hospitality projects in Bali is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence, technical proficiency, and project leadership.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

• Knowledge of sustainable architecture principles and modern construction technologies.

• Familiarity with project budgeting, scheduling, and coordination processes.

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior architects and collaborate across departments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement.

• Ability to lead design presentations and negotiate solutions.
