About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Activation Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Argo Kreasi Pratama, a leading marketing and communications agency. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing impactful event activations that drive engagement and achieve our clients’ marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop innovative event activation concepts and proposals to effectively promote our clients’ brands and products

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of event activations, including logistics, vendor management, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative and digital, to ensure seamless integration of event activation into wider marketing campaigns

• Conduct thorough event planning and risk assessment to ensure smooth, successful, and safe event delivery

• Analyse event performance data and provide recommendations to improve future activations

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors

• Contribute to the continued development and refinement of our event activation processes and best practices

• Proven track record of conceptualising and delivering successful, high-impact event activations

• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Familiarity with event production, logistics, and vendor management

• Passion for the marketing and communications industry, with a keen eye for creativity and innovation
