Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accuracy in General Ledger record align with accounting principle and applicable standard recording.
  • Manage GL account transactions including journal entry, account provision, reconciliation, review, schedule, amortization, and FEBA.
  • Entering data to SAP and make sure it updated by daily basis
  • Registering, maintaining and updating company assets record in SAP system, calculating depreciation, and proposing write-off/discard/scrap when necessary.
  • Handling company tax responsibly such as withholding tax (PPh 15, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, PPh 26, PPh 21), VAT-in and VAT-out.
  • Tax reconcile, liaising related taxes to ensure accuracy and compliance in company tax reporting, and filing.
  • Managing and carry out financial reports, with quality data, including assist for budgets, income statements, balance sheets; tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies; financial management reports to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
  • Recording, monitoring and follow up account receivable and overdue from external party or business partner
  • Verified Account payables records and posting
  • Manage financial activities such as verifying, payments, collections, reconciliations, records, (including employee expenses), as the payment terms, to align with the budget and supporting documents with high accurately and timely, with compliance manner
  • Assist to prepare budgets based on projected revenues and expenses for a department or company
  • Providing data and documents for audit purpose and process, support audit requests, internal and external, and assist for compliance
  • Developing and monitoring SOP’s specifically related accounting, finance, and expenses, and its implementation
  • Ensure proper of documents filing, administration and filling all financial and accounting records
  • Other ad hoc tasks, others duties and responsibilities which assigned by management.

Education / Professional Certification

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax.
  • A Certified of Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Brevet is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate accounting/financial function or in public accountant firm.
  • Familiar with SAP, Tax, Fixed Assets, General Ledger
  • Strong experience with Budget, Reporting, and data analysist
  • Have experience involved in projects – is good advantage
  • Have understanding with tax 

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

  • Critical math skills and a proven ability to difficult calculations
  • Strong analytical skills, details, accuracy of numbers, and results oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both local and English language
  • Flair for numbers
  • Team player
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment – in tight deadlines
  • Must be self motivated, proactive, resourceful, positively, and able to multi-task working
  • Strong character to able working under pressure
  • Can work with minimum supervision
