Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER di kantor PT Epson Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

The C&G Sales Senior Account Manager/Manager is responsible for the corporate & government sales and strategies towards achievement of company sales objectives within the country. The role is accountable for developing new business opportunities from the corporate segments to achieve the sales targets, through relationship development and management with key customers and SI partners.

Requirements: 

Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales management or a relevant discipline can also be beneficial. Minimum 7 years of experience in direct sales within the Corporate & Government industry, Minimum 15 years of total sales experience Influencing and networking skill

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA 3.00. Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus). Proven track record of success in sales management or a related field. Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to set clear goals, provide guidance and feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment, are crucial. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices is essential, includes a thorough understanding of the sales process, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with team members, senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders. Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to think analytically and creatively to identify new business opportunities and address challenges. Have a good grasp of financial metrics, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions. Skilled at networking, developing rapport, and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships to drive sales growth. Pleasant interpersonal skill. Strong team players, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goal. Proficient in MS. Office Applications. Team player with the ability to work independently.
