Get to know the role

We are looking for a Account Management (Ads Specialist) to lead the projects to manage Ads solutions to the merchants. A successful candidate for the role would be someone with knowledge on Ads solution and someone who has worked with SMB partners, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. As part of the team, you will support to provide the best assistance for our merchants and our team to grow in GrabFood. In return, you will hone your market expertise at GrabFood. You will be based in our Malang office for this role.

Job Description

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. Digital Advertising Strategies: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to promote merchants’ offerings both within and outside the app, aiming to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
  2. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of merchants across multiple cities, focusing on understanding their advertising needs and providing solutions that align with their goals, driving ad sales.
  3. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on ad performance, providing insights for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate across different teams, including marketing, campaign management, and product development, to deliver integrated and cohesive advertising campaigns that align with our goals.
  5. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, latest developing technologies, and competitive landscape to refine advertising strategies, ensuring our offerings remain attractive to the market.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need:

  1. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. Digital Advertising Experience: 1-2 years experience in digital advertising within the online food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  3. Digital Advertising Platforms Understanding: In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google and Facebook Ads, and experience in app-based marketing strategies.
  4. Data Analysis Proficiency: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance, with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
  5. SEO, SEM, PPC Ads, and Sales Tools Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC ads, and sales tools like Salesforce.
  6. Presentation: Experience to explain ideas and present advertising solutions to clients to influence their decision-making process.
