• Help Creative Director to set up business process for new creative department and develop service pricing system to ensure business profitability objectives
• Help plan and manage projects traffic from start to finish (project progress, timelines and expenses ) to ensuring that targets are met
• Conduct research and analysis to support projects
• Negotiating about contracts
• Manage all internal communications and projects as it relates to client needs. This include directing creative to apply client feedback to deliverables

Requirements:

• Relevant 5 to 7 years’ experience of working in a reputable advertising or digital communications agency at an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level
• Strong understanding of advertising agency management, pricing system and communication skills
• Understanding of market research and analysis
• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Preferably S1 in business, finance, management or marketing
• Excellent project management and organization skills
• Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of media: print, broadcast and social media
• Having a great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results
• Willing to be placed in: Head Office, Bintaro
