• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience or professional certifications will also be considered.  

• 2–4 years of experience in presales, security solutioning, or technical consulting in IT security environments.  

• Experience engaging with clients on cybersecurity requirements, risk assessments, and solution proposals.  

• Exposure to Telco-specific security concerns (e.g., signaling security, subscriber protection, network core security) is a plus.  

• Proven expertise in IT security domains such as:  

• Network Security (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)  

• Application Security, including secure SDLC and API security  

• Endpoint Protection, SIEM, SOAR, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)  

• Experience in designing solutions involving security architecture, threat detection, and incident response workflows.  

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and data protection laws like GDPR.  

• Experience working with security platforms and tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or similar.  

• Understanding of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and cloud-native security practices (AWS, Azure, or GCP).  

• Ability to evaluate technical risk and translate it into actionable mitigation strategies for presales proposals.  

• Strong communication and client engagement skills to articulate value, lead demos, and build trust during security evaluations.  

• (Preferred) Familiarity with Telco security architecture such as Diameter/SIGTRAN protection, lawful intercept, signaling firewalls, or subscriber identity spoofing mitigation.  

• Security certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, AWS Security Specialty) are highly desirable.  

• Engage with clients to assess security requirements, risks, and expectations across IT/Telco  infrastructure and enterprise platforms.  

• Design and present secure system architectures, integration blueprints, and technical proposals tailored to business and compliance needs.  

• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for security platforms such as SIEM/SOAR, endpoint defense, or intrusion detection solutions.  

• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to align proposed solutions with implementation capabilities.  

• Support RFP responses and commercial proposals by providing detailed solution narratives, risk assessments, and coverage matrices.  

• Deliver solution demos and lead security-focused workshops or technical deep-dives for client stakeholders.  

• Advise clients on security posture improvement strategies, including incident response plans, threat modeling, and compliance gap closure.  

• Stay informed on the evolving threat landscape, security regulations, and market trends to inform presales recommendations.  

• Document all security architecture designs, proposal materials, and technical notes for smooth handover to project delivery.
