Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi Security - Bobopod Kota Lama di tempat usaha PT. Bobobox Mitra Indonesia untuk daerah Semarang & Jawa Tengah atau sekitarnya.

As security plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, it also plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at Bobopod. The position ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property through proactive patrolling, incident prevention, and effective response to emergencies. The role upholds Bobopod’s brand values of safety, hospitality, and professionalism, contributing to a worry-free and comfortable guest experience.

What you will do:

Safety & Security Monitoring

  • Conduct regular patrols in all areas of the property, including cabins, parking, and public spaces.

  • Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized persons enter the premises.

  • Maintain vigilance over guests’ and company property to prevent theft, vandalism, or disturbance.

Incident Response & Reporting

  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or safety incidents.

  • Record and report all incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities according to company procedures.

  • Support emergency response efforts such as first aid, fire control, and evacuation when required.

Guest & Staff Assistance

  • Assist guests and team members with safety-related inquiries or situations calmly and courteously.

  • Provide directions or assistance when necessary to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Equipment & Facility Security

  • Ensure CCTV, alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and security tools are functional and regularly inspected.

  • Immediately report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the Branch Leader or maintenance team.

Brand & Professional Standards

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

  • Represent Bobopod’s commitment to safety and guest satisfaction through courteous and reliable service.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (security, safety, or related field).

  • Basic knowledge of security procedures, patrol techniques, and emergency response.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Physically fit and alert; able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

  • High integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.

  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
