A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supports leader (Partner level) in managing, coordinating, and maintaining daily schedules, including business and personal travel arrangement, internal and external meetings and/or events, and ensures all the needed document and/or presentation material ready before the meeting and/or events.
  • Understands, applies, and complies with the Firm’s policies.
  • Coordinates and maintains effective communication with other departments internally, as well as externally with PwC offices overseas and clients.
  • Prepares business and personal expenses, and ensures all the supporting documents are attached and maintains copies of all submitted expenses for follow-up.
  • Performs filing management, which includes maintaining confidential records and filing reports, correspondence, statistics, and related materials for easy retrieval.
  • Undertakes other secretarial and administrative duties as defined by superiors.
  • Provides guidance and support to junior secretaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree from Secretarial or Office Administration major with minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0.
  • At least 7 years of experience as an executive assistant or in similar role.
  • Proficiency in standard secretarial tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and large amounts of information efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive personality with strong customer service orientation
