About the Role

The Secretary/Executive Assistant will provide efficient and professional administrative and secretarial support to our director. 

To be successful in this role you must advance level professional written and verbal communication skills in English and good organistional skills. With your can-do attitude and effective communication skills, you will thrive and enjoy the challenge of working in a results-focused environment. We will provide the tools and support to set you up for success.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide high-level (executive) administrative support to the Director with ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organise appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting agendas and documents
  • Responding to email enquiries for the Director
  • Perform other administrative and secretarial tasks as requested by the Director

 Requirements 

  • Professional (advance level) verbal and written communication skills in English – comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders conversing in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in senior administration or executive assistant role 
  • High level of attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Customer service orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders in professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to multitask requests, events, systems and deadlines
