Position Overview:
As the Secondary School Principal at Kinderfield Highfield School Bogor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall excellence of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide visionary leadership to create a positive and inspiring educational environment.
– Develop and implement educational policies and programs that align with the school’s mission and vision.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
– Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

– Deep understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and educational best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
– A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive school culture.
– Preferably has experienced with Cambridge curriculum as well as national curriculum.
– Proficient in English
