Required

• Part of the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Pro-actively manage the quality and performance of the project and its products thereby ensuring work streams and work packages are delivered on time, to specification and budget
• Where appropriate, manage some or all of the project budget
• Demonstrate awareness/understanding of equal opportunities and other people’s behavioral, physical, social, and welfare needs
• Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and other persons, and comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the department
• Any other duties commensurate with the role and band/grade
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience in Software Development
• Experience as Scrum Master (preferable)
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
• English proficient (written and oral)
