Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi School Therapist PYP & MYP (national) di perusahaan Paideia Educational Solutions untuk kota/kab Sumbawa Barat & Nusa Tenggara Barat dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Fisioterapi, Terapi Okupasi & Rehabilitasi (Kesehatan & Medis) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

School Therapist PYP (Primary Year Program) & MYP (Middle Year Program) (national)
As a student support therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with communication, social-emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position focuses on implementing intervention strategies that promote language development, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and positive social interactions. The therapist works collaboratively with teachers, counselors, parents, and support staf to create inclusive, student-centered learning environments that align with IB principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and address behavioral challenges, emotional regulation issues, and executive functioning dificulties in students.
2. Design and implement positive behavior intervention strategies (PBIS) tailored to individual student needs.
3. Collaborate with teachers to develop behavior support plans and classroom management techniques.
4. Support students with self-regulation, social skills, conflict resolution, and adaptive behaviors.
5. Conduct group and one-on-one interventions focusing on emotional intelligence, resilience, and coping skills.
6. Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate speech, communication, and behavioral needs.
7. Analyze data and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
8. Monitor progress and adjust therapy sessions and behavioral plans accordingly.
9. Collaborate with external specialists (psychologists, occupational therapists, counselors) when necessary.
10. Work closely with teachers, learning support staf, and counselors to create inclusive classroom environments.
11. Train teachers and parents on efective communication and behavior management techniques.
12. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, IEP (Individualized Education Plan) reviews, and case conferences.
13. Stay updated on research-based interventions and best practices in speech therapy and behavioral support.
14. Conduct parent consultations and workshops on supporting speech and behavioral development at home.
15. Provide regular updates on student progress, strategies, and recommendations.
16. Foster a collaborative approach between home and school to ensure student success.
17. Contribute to the development of school policies, professional learning communities (PLCs), and teacher training programs.
18. Stay informed on best practices in speech therapy, behavioral management, and inclusive learning.
Background Experiences
1. Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with speech, language, or behavioral needs.
2. Strong background in special education, inclusion, and intervention strategies.
3. Knowledge of multilingual and cross-cultural language development.
4. Prior experience in international schools, IB Continuum Schools, or SPK settings is a plus.
Professional & Educational Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Behavioral Therapy, or related field (Master is preferred).
2. Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), DIRFloortime, speech therapy, or related areas (preferred).
3. Training or certification in IB programs or experience in an IB school is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in English for English-medium instruction; bilingual skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English are a plus.
5. Knowledge of assistive technology and inclusive teaching strategies.
Expertise & Competencies
1. Strong understanding of speech-language development and behavioral psychology.
2. Experience with individualized intervention plans and student-centered approaches.
3. Ability to diferentiate strategies for students with diverse needs.
4. Knowledge of executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior interventions.
5. Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks.
6. Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
