About the role

Passion Jewelry is seeking an experienced Sales Training & People Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Serpong Banten. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill our sales associates and support their professional development. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What you’ll be doing

Assess and identify training needs across the sales team, then develop and implement tailored training programs to address skill gaps

Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops to equip sales associates with the knowledge and techniques to provide exceptional customer service

Coach and mentor sales staff to help them reach their full potential, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback

Collaborate with the wider HR team to create and deliver leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to continuously improve

Maintain detailed records of all training activities and employee development plans

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding sales and customer service practices

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales training or people development role, preferably within the retail or jewellery industry

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training programs

Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of improving sales performance and customer service

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present to both small and large groups

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
