SALES TRAINER SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer to join our dynamic real estate company and lead the training initiatives for our 100-member strong sales team specializing in property sales. If you are an enthusiastic educator with a background in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market, we invite you to apply and help drive our sales team to new heights.

Role and Responsibilities :

  •  Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the real estate industry and the unique needs of our sales staff.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing sales team members, covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, negotiation skills, and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement within the team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously refine the curriculum based on results.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, marketing, and operations, to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and accelerated integration into the team.
  • Travel to various office locations as needed to deliver training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, property market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Relevant certifications in sales training or real estate will be a plus.
