About the role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales professional to join our dynamic team at PT Duniatex Group, a leading textile and e-commerce company based in Central Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our diverse client base, which includes textile manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, and hotels.

What you’ll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the textile, e-commerce, and hotel industries

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and business development

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation by meeting and exceeding sales targets

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the textile, e-commerce, or hotel industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights

Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
