Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Descriptions:

  • Create a strategy to introduce Majoo in Semarang Kabupaten (Salatiga, Ungaran, & Ambarawa) market.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in Semarang Kabupaten (Salatiga, Ungaran, & Ambarawa) Area.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole.
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding merchant base.
  • Servicing the needs of merchant 
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Requirements:

  • Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS,etc) is a plus
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience as sales 
  • Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree
  • Good business sense.
  • Ables to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & ‘people skills’.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
