Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Team Leader (IT) di tempat usaha PT Intikom Berlian Mustika untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Acquiring new customers by committing to customer service and building relationships
  • Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor sales representative’s performance 
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any majors
  • At least 5 years of experience in the ICT industry
  • 2+ years of experience in managing sales representatives in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
