🚀 About the Role

Flora Food Group is building a strategic Sales Talent Pool to support our expansion across the Sumatera Region. We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a strong background in General Trade (GT) or Food Services (Horeca) to drive growth in either traditional or institutional channels.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement localized sales strategies for GT or Horeca channels in assigned areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, or food service partners (e.g., hotels, restaurants, catering services)
• Achieve sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and ensure effective execution of promotional activities
• Identify and nurture high-potential customers across diverse and culturally unique markets
• Ensure consistent product availability, quality distribution, and pricing alignment with business objectives
• Lead trade negotiations and foster long-term, sustainable partnerships
• Coach and support Sales Representatives to align execution with city-specific goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and optimize coverage

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to General Trade or Horeca markets
• At least 2 years in an area managerial role or 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven success operating in remote or emerging areas in Indonesia with handling more than 2 distributors
• Strong adaptability and market insight, especially within the Sumatera Region
• Experience leading decentralized field teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Demonstrated ability to manage impactful promotional campaigns
• Highly proactive, resilient, and capable of navigating complex market dynamics
