Flora Food Group is actively establishing a talent pool of exceptional sales professionals to strengthen our commercial presence across Sumatera. This strategic initiative aims to attract high-impact talents with experience in General Trade (GT) and/or Food Services (Horeca) channels, preparing for future placements in key regional territories.

📌 Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market-relevant sales strategies tailored to GT and Horeca channels within the Sumatera region
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses
• Drive sales volume, optimize visibility, and ensure promotional execution aligns with corporate objectives
• Expand the customer base and unlock opportunities in both traditional and institutional segments
• Uphold excellence in product distribution, brand positioning, and strategic pricing adherence
• Execute impactful trade negotiations and secure commercial agreements
• Lead and guide Sales Representatives, ensuring market-fit execution across channels
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent market coverage and elevate customer engagement

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, covering GT and/or HORECABA with 2 years at managerial level or 5 years at supervisor level
• Proven track record in managing retail chains, distributor networks, and institutional clients across regional landscapes
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking attuned to Sumatera’s market complexities
• Effective leadership skills to build, manage, and energize field sales teams across mixed customer bases
• Comfortable using MS Excel for sales tracking and analytics
• Experience handling budgets and performance-driven promotional investments
• Highly proactive, resilient, and focused on delivering results in dynamic field environments
