How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

The Sales Support Specialist role is to support CCC Manager in day to day activities related to IM CCC Department. You will be responsible to update the user experience, which includes application usability, accessibility, workflow, contract, pricing, and accurate and prompt customer service. You’re also in charge of utilizing data to advise decisions, including how to create and implement process improvement suggestions to find the best approach to a problem and improve overall business value and solutions.     

Industrial Merchant (IM) Commercial Support

  • Prepare documents for customer requirements and customer project bidding including Bid Bond and Performance Bond.
  • Circulate internal documents for approval, including JOR, Letter, CAPEX, and Contract Checklist.
  • Register BLAC (Business License and Credential) for customers.
  • Generate Debit Notes, input and update Credit Limit information.
  • Prepare Take or Pay (TOP) Invoices and Letters; and update the TOP review sheet regularly.
  • Handle complaints related to invoice pricing for customers.
  • Update new index formulas, such as electricity and CPI, in shared documents.
  • Manage the commercial lease car maintenance process (PR and GR).
  • Create Training booklets and souvenirs for BOS customers.
  • Update the HSE plan for IM Commercial operations.

Business Application Solution (Gideon):

  • Upload the new index in Gideon.
  • Change prices and create new products in the CMS.
  • Run price escalation for customers.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information.
  • Input SCADA tags for pipeline computer recording.
  • Maintain records of sales representative changes.
  • Input new customers; and create tickets and forms for new Gideon users.
  • Conduct training sessions for new Gideon users.
  • Participate in Gideon update demos and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to business admin.

Pricing:

  • Simulate new prices using escalation formulas for customers.
  • Prepare price escalation letters for customers.
  • Perform GRP price calculations and initiate a debit note process.

Contract Management:

  • Upload new contracts to PARADM (Project and Asset Document Management system) for customers.
  • Circulate contract documents for signing and arrange document delivery if necessary.
  • Upload documents in the Contract Gdrive as per the contract list.

Reporting:

  • Perform monthly fee calculations for customers with exchange rates.
  • Conduct mid-closing checks to identify sales anomalies.
  • Update ongoing sales reports and check sales reports monthly and distribute them after closing.
  • Provide data for all sales-related consumption and contractual information.
  • Fill in Shift Sales data for Operation controller, if required.

Customer Experience Initiative:

  • Assist in VOC (Voice of Customer) data preparation.
  • Monitor feedback on BAR+ (Business Analytics and Reporting Plus) according to assigned FPR (Feedback and Performance Report) and defined closure timeline.
  • Act as a CX (Customer Experience) champion for CX initiatives and digital activities.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferably minimum 5-7 years of experience.
  • Good in Correspondence, Communication, Negotiation & Computer skills.           
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.  
  • Ability to understand Air Liquide Products & Services.
  • Ability to understand safety and quality procedures.                                                                        
  • Experience in ERP Systems.
