Sales Support Specialist

YOUR ROLE:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Create quotations as per customer requests and if necessary coordinate with the commercial team to meet the customer’s requirements.
3. Creating supporting documents as needed by customers and the commercial team to support commercialization.
4. Maintain a fast response on the Government eKatalog and eProcurement to answer customer inquiries
5. Review the quote and follow up with the respective customer to increase the possibility of sales conversion
6. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary, including supporting the Sales team to conduct communication with customers.
7. Ensures meeting customer and management’s expectations towards work performance with accuracy, efficiency, and speed.

WHO YOU ARE:

1. Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales (1+ years) preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Having a working knowledge of SFDC and SAP SD Module will be an advantage
3. Graduating from a reputable University
4. Self-starter, multi-tasker, always curious, and able to work with limited supervision.
5. Sound computing skills, including MS word, and Outlook, and a high degree of competence with excel
6. Good in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities
