Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Support di perusahaan PT Shipco Transport Indonesia untuk domisili Surabaya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job Purpose:

To promote services to new potential and existing customer, increase volume and develop new business and negotiate with aim of maximizing profits of Shipco Indonesia. Act as key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Responsibility:

  1. Processing new sales leads
  2. Supporting sales on communicating with related parties (overseas, suppliers or other dept) and creating quotations
  3. Managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients and ops Monitoring customer accounts and ensure that prices or contract are up to date
  4. Providing data and reports to help the sales team Answering phone calls & contacting customers to answer queries & obtain missing information
  5. Checking Data Accuracy by issuing complete sales commitment to Ops
  6. Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
  7. Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, volume and other key data
  8. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  9. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution or escalate to the correct pic. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  11. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  12. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualification

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree of business studies / management or equivalent

Working experience

Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 (one) year experience in administration

Knowledge and Skill

  1. Must demonstrate attention to detail to accommodate customer’s requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
  2. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounts.
  3. Require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
  4. Able to work in a fast paced environment 

Competencies:

1. Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills.

2. English business writing and speak English fluently
