Placement : Greenlake, Tangerang

Job Responsibility :

Distribute all daily tender announcements via email, e-Proc, and CIVD to the Sales team and GM Sales.
Register tenders in accordance with the company’s approved business subfields.
Ensure all tender requirements and checklists are fully completed and compliant.
Prepare supporting documents required for tender submissions.
Register and update company data regularly through e-Proc and CIVD platforms.
Handle new vendor registrations for partnership or contract purposes.
Follow up on price proposals with Account Executives or the Proposal Team.
Prepare and maintain reports on the status of ongoing tenders.
Generate and submit monthly EPSM reports.
Assist the Sales team in attending pre-bid and open bid meetings when needed.
Coordinate with the QHSE Division to complete CSMS registration.
Support and participate in the implementation of company QHSE programs

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in tender administration, procurement, or related functions.
Familiar with e-Procurement and CIVD systems.
Good understanding of tender processes, vendor registration, and documentation requirements.
Basic knowledge of CSMS registration is an advantage.
Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
