What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Support price change management process, to upload and ensuring that the price reflect correctly in store without issue.
• Perform activity-related administration and proof reading e.g., of commercial communication (including buying guide and brochure), updating sales steering tools, reporting, and sales monitoring in order to support Business Leaders Develop and improve the tools and reports to support Commercial Navigation Leader to monitor sales and gross margin performance, identify deviations, and activate the business via Business Leaders.
• Compiling competitor monitoring reports and information for the sales leaders, which allows them to take fast action to ensure that IKEA stores secure the lowest price.
• Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals. Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact. For example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture.
• Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function in order to contribute to the business goals. Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
• Maintaining the P-Tag system, being the super user for this and supporting stores to ensure they can use it correctly.

We want you to be a person who:

• Minimum 1 year of experience of working with sales.
• Formal qualifications in Sales, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize and make decisions with speed &simplicity, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
• Ability to understand the role of commercial and selling as an integrated part of the IKEA business.
• Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed, follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve.
• Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results.
