Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales target in Food Service Area
- Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
- Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
- Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
- Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
- Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
- Leading and managing marketing events and programs
- Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
- Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.
Requirements
- Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having working experience in the same position, hold food service area (HORECA Channel) at least for 3 year (preferable from FMCG Company)
- Computer literacy
- Familiar with Food Service or Horeca business and sales activity
- Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
- Placement in Cirebon, Padang

PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) was founded in January ’74 as a PMA (foreign direct investment company) by three partners. Mr. W.T. Chen was the local partner, with Cold Storage Company Ltd. of Singapore and Amatil Australia (now Amatil Coca Cola) as the foreign partners.
At the time, Indonesia’s ice cream market was in its infancy. Consumption of ice cream was extremely low and refrigerated distribution was next to non-existent. After five years, Mr. W.T. Chen took over, and Diamond’s fortunes began to change.
