We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Area Sales Supervisor to join PT AJEINDONESIA as an Area Sales Supervisor. We are currently expanding and require employees to be placed in several regions across Indonesia based on your domicile

Responsibities

• Can manages and make database at least 10 distributors because We sell by contact.
• The main task is to find partners and have coverage of the assigned areas with good daily sales management to all distribution channels.
• Managing and directing the area sales team to achieve the set targets.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and sales in the assigned area.
• Monitoring and analyzing the team’s sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking necessary corrective actions.
• Providing coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Building strong relationships with key distributor and business partners within the area of responsibility.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, who has already worked with distributors / traditional channel (GT), for example supervisor From FMCG.
• Profesional study, marketing, administration, accounting, international business (D3/S1)
• If you speak English, it’s much better.
• Maximum 35 years with ambition to progress both professionally and as a person.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and effective sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
