Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi SALES STAFF di perusahaan PT IPI SUNIJAYA untuk kota/kab Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirement

Able to work under pressure or targets, has good leadership and problem solving

Preferably those who live in the Tangerang, Cilegon and surrounding areas

Good in English

– Range 30-35 years old

– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technical (Prefer in Civil)

– Minimum 3 years experience as Sales

– Able to work under pressure or targets, has good leadership and problem solving

– Customer oriented, good and effective communication with customers, also problem solving in customer complaint.

– Able to make accurate sales forecast and sales report

– Preferably those who live in the Tangerang, Serpong, BSD and surrounding areas

– Good in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

– Managing key customers through strategic planning approach that is aimed at gaining a through understanding of their needs

– Implementing marketing strategies for his/her sales responsibilities in order to increase brand awareness in the customers.

– Execute market research in coordination with the Sales/Commercial Department in order to complete and up date customer and competitor database, to determine product demand, positioning and profitability.

– Conduct sales activities, such as frequent visit to the focused-customers in getting the sales target.

– Set up forecast in order to achieve expected level of company sales target based on a chosen marketing plan and an assumed marketing environment.

– Assist to monitor the movement of stock product by doing more rapid sales in order to achieve slow moving target.

– Build and maintain communication internally to related department for development, approval, training, and communication of new products/product changes in order to get support and also external communication with customers in order to achieve business process optimally.

The production of Perlite and Vermiculite areaccomplished by a technology developed external to Indonesia. This process is brought to Indonesia and is employed and modified locally by us to meet Indonesian needs. Exclusive of the management of this specific process the reminder of our company’s management and employees are trained, skilled Indonesian expert.

The main activities of PT. IPI SUNIJAYA are in the production of Perlite and Vermiculite Product to fulfill the needs of factories and buildings in Indonesia,thus reducing potential Foreign Trade Deficit, as well as increasing Domestic Industry with high international quality, this also gives faster delivery time and reduce price to make it affordable to the general public.

PT.IPI SUNIJAYA has experienced in supplying and applying passive fire protection and fireproofing in Industrial projects, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, and Buildings in Indonesia.

Also we provides technical consultation service in planning and construction of fireproofing work.
