Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Staff at PT Citradata Purnakharisma. Join our team and sell our range of Motorola two-way radios and accessories. Responsibilities include prospecting, delivering product demos, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of two-way radios and CRM software is a plus. Key Performances:

• Understanding, explaining, and selling telecommunication products.
• Communicating specifications of telecommunication products to general customers.
• Using and operating Accurate application for the sales requirements.
• Prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree, preferably in sales engineering, business, communication, or marketing field.
• Minimum working experience for 2 years in sales engineering, direct sales, retail sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Fluent in English, confident communicator and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behavior is a must.
• Passion and focus for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best. Actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. Building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key objectives.
• Ability to grasp technical specifications and to explain them in valuable simple terms.
• Effective negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Basic computer literacy such as spreadsheets, word processors, and email. Familiarity with CRM software.
