About The Company:

  • The working venue is in South Cikarang.

  • Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular weekly on-site visits.

  • Manage and oversee customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

  • Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing new projects to ensure timely and successful execution.

  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate project timelines on a daily basis.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain complete documentation for new customer requirements.

  • Manage and file price quotation documents and related materials systematically according to customer records.

  • Coordinate and support customer visits, as well as assist in customer audits, internal audits, and external audits.

  • Review and update price quotations in accordance with predetermined schedules (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.

  • Active High Conversational to Business Level of English skill.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a Japanese manufacturing company.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to use excel.

  • Excellent in communication and able to work in a team.
