Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi Sales Staff (Japanese Speaker) di kantor PT Secom Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan (Penjualan) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities

  • Meet the sales target.

  • Able to develop new opportunities in promoting and selling Security systems or equipment for building facilities such as CCTV, X-Ray, Fingerprint Machine, Face Recognition Machine, etc.

  • Identify and able to strategize how to win the projects (retail and corporate segment).

  • Build relationships with Customers for long term purposes.

  • Identifying customer needs to increase offers to related customers.

  • Mastering in product knowledge to make an offer for customers.

  • Make weekly visit reports based on market and sales information accurately.

  • Monitor the status of customer orders to avoid delays in delivery.

  • Having good after-sales communication with customers in order to increase customer’s trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Any educational background.

  2. More than 2 years of experience in sales of automation systems or equipment for building facilities. Experience in the security system field (e.g., CCTV cameras, X-Ray machines, fingerprint machines, face recognition machines, etc.) is preferable.

  3. A good network, especially with consultants and developers.

  4. Demonstrates the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the client’s organization.

  5. Fluent in English and capable of conducting presentations for customers.

  6. Strong ability to identify the client’s needs and provide solutions to customers.

  7. Proficient in teamwork and collaboration.

  8. Discipline and hard working.

  9. Excellent time management skills.

  10. Proficient in Japanese, with an N3 certification or above.
