As a Sales Staff member, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will play a vital role in generating revenue, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Your work will involve building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery, while also driving sales initiatives to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Generating revenue through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Managing current and prospective accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide effective solutions.
• Acting as the lead point of contact for client accounts.
• Collaborating with presales, postsales, and other teams to meet client requirements.
• Overseeing the payment process to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets to contribute to overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a B2B/B2G Sales Staff.
• A network of potential clients (e.g., mall management, hospitals, parking operators) is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possession of a valid driver license (SIM A) is optional
