As a Sales Specialist you’ll be responsible for Develop business plan and strategy in his/her Pekanbaru territory focusing on enhancing sales growth & hand on hand with respective distributor on that territory.

What you’ll do

• 1.       Develop business plan and strategy in his/her assigned territory focusing on enhancing sales growth.

  2.       Capable to manage more than one province as sales area

  3.       Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.

  4.       Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with distributor’s key person in his/her respected area.

  5.       Coordinate with distributor and other related parties to ensure the successful execution of Philips marketing program in his/her respected area.

  6.       Plan, execute, and evaluate the local marketing /promotion program / new product introduction on top of national program organized by marketing department.

Your qualifications

• 5 – 7 + years’ experience to handling sales & marketing in Pekanbaru
• Experience in dealing with distributor for general trade
• Somebody who is passionate about sales especially traditional market , have a strong area identification skill, and market analysis
• Somebody with strong distributorship
• Somebody with high level of interpersonal skill , good persuasive communication skill
• Somebody whom can work under high pace, responsive and accurate at the same time
• Good command in English
