Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Specialist & Consultant di tempat usaha PT Hewlett-Packard Indonesia Surabaya untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Sales Specialist & Consultant

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of storage products and solutions in assigned territory, industry or accounts.
  • Identifies and qualifies storage opportunities and recommends up-selling opportunities to account managers regarding new business within the account.
  • Manages and coordinates sales activities and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborates with account managers in responding to customer requests in specialty area.
  • Describes the benefits of solutions, services, products, during selling process.
  • Effectively uses internal sales tools for maintaining a healthy pipeline and the account plan in a timely fashion.
  • Establishes a professional and consultative relationship with the client by developing a basic understanding of the unique business needs of the client within the industry.
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns (digital /new techniques) associated with storage to ensure successful launches, alignment with the account strategy, and the maintenance of campaign momentum.
  • Supports deal closure in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders including account managers and channel partners.

Education and Experience:

  • University or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Formal sales training program or equivalent experience strongly desired.
  • Typically possesses 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Storage related sales experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Storage Specialist- Sales Acumen & Behaviors:

  • Possesses enough knowledge about a product, service or solution to be able to qualify a deal.
  • Demonstrates hunter mentality to actively pursue solution opportunities in acquisition and development accounts, and to pursue new business.
  • Possesses knowledge of digital and modern methods to connect and sell.

Technology Focus:

  • Adequate knowledge of storage, service, cloud, or solution to enable a sale. Can differentiate to some degree between own offerings and what competitors offer.
  • Understands the outside-in view and possesses adequate knowledge of industry trends. Stays abreast of competitors and ISV/key partner solutions.
  • Possesses ability in value-added selling skills to propose additional products, services, solutions which will contribute to the customer’s business.

Solutions Acumen:

  • Applies specialized storage technical product/service/solution knowledge to assess client’s business and identify opportunities to extend current business in the account.
  • Leadership
  • Solid communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Transfers knowledge to peers (for example, participating in education programs, mentoring, coaching, sharing expertise)
  • Ability to work with others with different skill sets and knowledge expertise to complement and enhance one’s own skill set.

Other:

  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of financial accumen

Impact/Scope:

  • Typically assigned lower than average quota.

Complexity:

  • Limited customer interface; often works with experienced salesperson on customer visits.
