Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Specialist - Balikpapan di kantor PT Schenker Logistics Indonesia untuk domisili Balikpapan & Kalimantan Timur serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Pengapalan/Pengurusan Transportasi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Sales Specialist responsible to identify new business potential and customers to defined sales strategy focused on the client’s needs. Acquire new customers and business extension across all transport modes. Focus on locally controlled paid business in Indonesia and searching sales lead to overseas.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developed customer expectations and identifying those needs to local, regional or global management.
  • Manage overall account relationships with the field sales accounts to ensure excellent, long-term business relationships at all levels, specifically through sales calls and visits.
  • Understanding the opportunities for locally controlled business and leads for overseas-controlled business.
  • Deliver results (revenue, volume, GP & DSO / AR where relevant).
  • Ensure successful business development planning and the implementation of local business opportunities, from initial opportunity creation to the establishment of stable operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/marketing/Logistics Transportation.
  • Have minimum 5 years experiences in Freight Forwarding / Logistic industry as Sales.
  • Sufficient business acumen with the ability to analyze abstract, multifaceted problems and influence decisions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of logistics operations across multiple modes, i.e., Airfreight, Ocean freight, Warehousing & Land Transportation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (more languages are beneficial).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and the ability to learn the Schenker specific software/tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment and have sufficient analytical & problem-solving, interpersonal & communication skills.
