About the role

As a Sales Senior at PT Stanindo Artha Langgeng, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales growth and achieving its business objectives. This contract-based position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will involve providing expert sales consultancy and support to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships

Deliver high-quality sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company

Provide expert sales consultancy to clients, advising them on the best solutions to meet their needs

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or sales consultancy role, preferably within the Penjualan industry

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively

Solid understanding of Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan industry trends and best practices

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
