Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Representative Staff di kantor PT WILLIAMS FOOD INDONESIA untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun persyaratan yang kita butuhkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 3.500.000 - Rp 4.200.000.

Responsibilities:
– Identifying and targeting potential clients such as Event Organizers, Corporates clients, local businesses and individuals who might be interested in using the restaurant’s services for events, meetings, parties, and other gatherings.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
– Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the clients
– Effectively communicating the restaurant’s offerings, including menus, catering services, event spaces, special promotions, and unique selling points, to potential clients.
– Creating proposals and quotes based on the specific needs and preferences of clients.
-Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
– Attending industry events, trade shows, and local business networking events to showcase the restaurant’s offerings and to connect with potential clients.
-Keeping up-to-date with the local market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer preferences to help the restaurant stay competitive and relevant.
-Setting sales targets and tracking progress, then providing regular reports to management on sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
– Gathering feedback from clients after events and using this information to improve services and address any concerns.
-Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the sales process or while executing events, ensuring customer satisfaction..
– Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
– Maintaining relationships with important clients, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
– 2-3 years experience in marketing or sales.
– Experience in Food & Beverages management may be advantageous.
– Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
– Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
– The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
– The ability to work under pressure (Target)
– The ability to flexible work hours.
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
