Position Summary

Eagle Protect Security is a leading provider of professional security services, delivering comprehensive protection solutions across various sectors. We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Sales Representative to fuel our revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, primarily focusing on selling our security solutions to businesses, commercial properties, and institutions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out, identify, and establish relationships with potential business clients (prospects) through cold calling, networking, and outside sales visits (field sales).

  2. Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth meetings with prospects to fully understand their specific security requirements, current challenges, and business objectives.

  3. Presentation and Proposal: Develop and deliver customized security service proposals (including physical guarding, mobile patrol, CCTV monitoring, access control, etc.) that clearly articulate the value and competitive advantages of our company.

  4. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract and pricing negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage an organized and accurate sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.

  6. Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction upon contract signing.

  7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry security trends, competitor activities, and relevant local regulations.


Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of [ 1-2 years] of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, preferably selling services, solutions, or in the security industry.

  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of organization and professionalism.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation is required for field sales activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with security industry terminology and service structures.

  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
