Responsible for promoting and selling products to new and existing customers within your designated territory. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer service.

Description

This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales and fluency in English is a MUST. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
