About the Role (Role Summary)

Responsible for market development, dealer management, dealer business specialist team management and sales work in the region under its jurisdiction; Achieve the responsible performance target according to the sales target; Provide solutions to local customers based on market and customer needs. Promote new product and expand new channel.

What You Do (Responsibility)

1.Carried out sales work according to the sales targets of the company and the department, and achieved various sales targets, track the payment collection process;

2.Proactively collect project information and make reasonable analysis to improve the success rate of the project;

3.Analyzed the existing market and customers, found the potential needs of customers, guided the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieved the sales target;

4.According to the characteristics of customer needs, provide customers with the best product solutions;

5.Independently conduct business negotiations with customers, establish customer relations, and improve contract amount and profit margin;

6.Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems in project implementation and improving customer satisfaction;

7.New product promotion, new channel expansion;

8.Understand customer needs and potential needs through customer return visits, so as to improve customer satisfaction and facilitate customer secondary development;

9.Other work items assigned by superior leaders.

The Skills and Experience you need:

1. College degree or above, 2-5 years or more working experience in building materials.

2. Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible, good sense of discipline, team work and innovative spirit.

3. Cheerful personality, strong expression and communication skills, with certain ability to work under pressure.

4. Proficient in using OFFICE software.

职位概述(职位设立目的、工作性质、概括性技能要求)

负责所管辖区域的市场发展、经销商管理、经销商业务专员团队管理、销售工作;根据销售目标完成所负责的业绩指标。针对市场和客户需求为当地客户提供技术支持与解决方案。积极推销新产品、拓展新渠道。

岗位职责

主要职责/任务:

1.根据公司及部门销售目标开展销售工作,完成各项销售指标,以及回款过程的监控和执行。

2.主动收集项目信息并进行合理分析,提高项目成功率。

3.对现有市场和客户进行分析,发现客户的潜在需求,引导相关客户现有需求,达成销售目标;

4.根据客户需求的特点,独立为客户提供最优产品解决方案;

5.负责进行与客户之间的商务谈判,建立客户关系,提高合同额和利润率;

6.负责协调各种内部、外部资源,解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题,提高客户满意度;

7.新产品推广销售,新渠道建立负责对项目回款过程的监控和执行,提高

8.通过客户回访,了解客户需求及潜在需求,以提高客户满意,促成客户二次开发;

9.上级领导交待的其他工作事项。

任职要求

1.大专及以上学历,2-5年及以上建材相关工作经验。

2.工作责任心强,认真负责,有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及创新精神。

3.性格开朗,表达能力及沟通能力强,具备一定的抗压能力。

4.能够熟练运用OFFICE办公软件
