You’ll be supporting the growth of AtisfyReach by managing the sales pipeline, from sourcing new leads to facilitating successful conversions. You will directly engage with potential clients, articulate the benefits of our influencer platform, and play an integral role in our revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to build a solid lead pipeline.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Use your knowledge and passion for digital marketing, coupled with your love of solving customer challenges, to deliver compelling sales conversations tailored to the needs and goals of the customer
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process to drive conversion.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge to answer queries and support concerns effectively.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, ensuring all their queries and concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients, nurturing the relationship and keeping the sales momentum.
  • Update CRM systems with client interactions, feedback, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions
  • Provide feedback to management on the quality of incoming leads generated through marketing activity.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on website conversion performance.
  • Remain up-to-date on trends and current best practice in digital marketing, sales and our target industries including Beauty Fashion, Gaming, Crypto and NFTs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A natural ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting business relationships.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a relentless hunter of new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
