Job Description

• Work to achieve own periodically set KPI to acquire resources as determined by the Company from time to time.
• Think creatively and innovative to open new opportunities.
• To build and maintain a good relationship with key decision-makers including property managers and owners.
• To reach an agreement with key decision-makers of buildings to get permission to install the Company’s LED media assets.
• Provide full-cycle acquisition process including canvassing, planning own working pipelines, conducting various meetings and negotiations with building stakeholders to achieve the KPI target set by the Company from time to time.
• Work with other Building Acquisition teams to study and monitor market insights and to create valuable market industry reports and forecasts.
• Continue to explore locations and premises that can allow the company to develop a screen media network.
• Support the management to maintain the continued growth of the company.

Qualification

• 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing/Teller/Customer Service.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to receive instructions on targets and construct plans to achieve them, including monitoring process.
• Fast learner and a quick thinker.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Ability to negotiate and understand Marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
