About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shisha Sales Girl to join the team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Bali. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, promoting and selling shisha products, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best shisha products to meet their preferences

• Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use and benefits of shisha products

• Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create a welcoming environment for customers

• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

• Assist with inventory management and restocking of shisha products

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
