Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan (Penjualan) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Job Description:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealers and leasing companies in the local market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organisations
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of dealer and leasing customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of insurance products and services
  • Actively monitor and report on the performance of assigned accounts, identifying areas for growth and improvement

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within insurance, leasing and/or dealership company. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
